4. Third-Party Links

Gemlist links directly to creator program websites. When you click "Apply Now," you leave Gemlist and enter the program's website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

We recommend reviewing each program's own privacy policy before submitting personal information.

5. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Voting data is stored only in your browser's local storage — we don't have access to it on our servers.

6. Your Rights

Request deletion of your newsletter subscription at any time

Opt out of analytics tracking via browser settings or ad blockers

Clear voting data by clearing your browser's local storage

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We won't make material changes without notice.
